Easy Pizza Rolls

Pizza rolls consists of bite-sized pizzas made with homemade dough and toppings added with your favourite veggies and cheese. Lighter than pizza to have but fills your appetite with great taste. Ingredients

 

  • Oddy Ecobake Brown
  • 300 gms all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Water as required
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp refined oil
  • Instant pizza sauce
  • 1/4th cup red chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp pizza masala
  • Boiled corn
  • Chopped tomatoes and bell peppers 1 cup
  • 200 gms mozzarella cheese

Directions

 

  • In a bowl sieve all-purpose flour. Make space in the centre of the bowl and add yeast, sugar and water. Mix till the sugar dissolves nicely and then add salt and refined oil.
  • Add water little by little to make a smooth and soft dough. Mix the dough nicely to get a proper texture. Add a little oil and mix well. Now keep the dough for rest covered for 2 hours for the dough to swell nicely.
  • In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for instant pizza sauce. Check our pizza dough, add a little all-purpose flour and punch the dough to remove air. And now give the dough a nice mix. Cut the Oddy Ecobake Brown in our baking tin size and cover the baking tin. Oddy Ecobake Brown is safe from heavy metal, chemicals and also is chlorine-free.
  • Sprinkle some all-purpose flour on the place where you have to make pizza roll. Now knead the dough like a big paratha. Add pizza sauce and spread it across the dough to cover it entirely. Add boiled corn and, chopped tomatoes and bell peppers. Top it with grated mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some pizza masala on top. Roll the dough tightly as shown.
  • Cut the rolls in ½ inch and keep it in the baking tray. Maintain distance since our pizza roll will swell while baking. Keep it for 15-20 mins then bake for 200-degree preheated oven for 20 mins. Our pizza rolls are ready to be relished with sauce and fries.
  • In the meantime, put the water for boil for placing the dhokla batter for steaming. Now pour the batter in the tray and pat the base to settle the batter equally. Sprinkle little red chilli powder on the batter.
  • Place the dhokla batter tray on the water. Cover it and let it steam for 10-15 minutes. After 12 minutes, check with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes clean, then dholkla is ready to be served.
