Ingredients
- Pineapple cake premix - 1 cup & Water - 1/2 cup
- Pineapple crush and pineapple pieces
- Whipped cream, Yellow food gel & Oddy Ecobake
- Neutral gel - 2 tbsp, water - 1 tbsp
- White and yellow food gel - 1 drop
- Cherries and colourful sprinkles
Directions
- Prepare the cake batter by mixing cake premix with water. Transfer the cake batter into a square mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven or kadai. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into two parts.
- Place the first layer of the cake on the cake board, apply whipped cream on it, and add pineapple crush and pineapple pieces over the top. Spread evenly with a palette knife. Finish the crumb coating of the cake by adding the second layer.
- Frost the cake completely with the remaining whipped cream. Take a piping bag, add neutral gel, water, and white and yellow food gels to it, and mix them well. Make a checkered design with the piping bag.
- Make a random flower design with an 1M nozzle and a 2C nozzle at the two opposite corners of the cake. Using the Noor 46 nozzle, create a shell border. Decorate the cake with colourful sprinkles and cherries as shown. Your square pineapple cake is ready!
