Diwali Special Colourful Chocolates is a wonderful gifting idea for homemaker chocolates. It is super easy and required very less ingredients. For gifting and storing chocolates, use Oddy Uniwraps. It helps keep food fresh for longer hours, prevents moisture, and is a healthy option for aluminum foil.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup dark chocolate compound
  • 1 cup milk chocolate compound
  • 1 cup white chocolate compound
  • Oddy Uniwraps, Diwali chocolate moulds
  • dust powder (pink, green, yellow), finely chopped dry fruits

Directions

 

  • Melt all three chocolate compound by double boiler method. Take three small bowls and add little melted white chocolate in equal quantity.
  • Add pinch of dust powder (pink, yellow, green). Add more depending on the required darkness of color, but don't over add. Mix the colors well.
  • Now take the Diwali chocolate moulds. It is easily available in shops where baking items are sold. Add in the color chocolate in small delicate designs. Keep in fridge for 5-10 mins.
  • Now Take the remaining white, dark and milk chocolate and add in it finely chopped dry fruits. Mix well. Pour this dry fruit mixed chocolate on the earlier frozen colored chocolate.
  • Spread it evenly. If the mould have keep designs, feel free to add kalanad or any other sweet and then cover it with chocolate.
  • Refrigerate the moulds for 10-20 mins. Once done, demould it. Highlight the designs with golden dust powder.
  • These chocolates can be gifted to family, friends and near and dear ones. For gifting and storing, use Oddy Uniwraps. It helps keep moisture away and stores food fresh for longer hours.
