Easy Carrot Delight with 3 Ingredients

Carrot Delight is absolutely delicious. It looks presentable with its pretty color. Oddy Ecobake allows you to spread and set the carrot delight without having to grease the mold, as well as easily demold it. Hence, there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

Carrots - 3 & Sugar - 1/2 cup
Corn flour - 1/4 cup & Water - 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Chop the carrots into small pieces. Steam them in a perforated vessel kept in boiling water. Grind the steamed carrots in a mixer jar to a fine paste.
Mix corn flour with water to make corn slurry. Transfer the carrot paste to a pan. Cook it until the raw smell goes off.
Add the corn slurry to the pan and mix everything. Once everything is cooked well, transfer it to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake.
Garnish the carrot delight with sesame seeds. Let the dessert sit for 1 to 2 hours. Demold it and cut it into small pieces. Your carrot delight is ready!
