Bakery Style Black Forest Pastry recipe is easy and very simple. This recipe can be followed at home as well. Before baking, line the cake baking container with Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles. t comes in precut circle shape, so it is easier to use. It is heat resistant, nongreasy, safe, and reusable.

Ingredients

 

  • 400 ml Chocolate premix, Water as needed,
  • 50 ml Cooking oil, 250 ml Whipping cream ,
  • 100 ml Sugar syrup, 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence,
  • 5-6 tbsp Strawberry crush, Dark compound as needed,
  • Cherries as needed, Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles

Directions

 

  • Make a smooth batter using vanilla premix, oil and water. Place Oddy Cooking Paper Circle in 7 inch square tin.
  • Pour the batter into tin. And tap the tin properly. Bake the cake for 50-55 min at low flame if using gas. Or for 45-50 min at 180 degree if using oven.
  • Demould when cools down at room temperature. Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and vanilla essence into water. Make 3 equal layer of sponge.
  • Whip the whipping cream until sharp peaks. Complete the icing of cake using sugar syrup, plain whipped cream, strawberry crush and dark compound.
  • Make your favorite designs on cake using nozzles, piping bags. And decorate it as you like. Set the cake into fridge for 1 hour. And then cut 8 equal pastries of it.
