Crispy Mini Samosas

About the Recipe

The most well-known street food in India is the samosa, a flaky and crunchy fried snack. Inside a pocket of flour dough, the samosa is stuffed with potato stuffing that has been seasoned with spice powders. To make the samosas crispy, the oil must be heated to a medium temperature. We can create pockets with stuffing by rolling thin sheets of dough using the Oddy Ecobake. Oddy Ecobake is reusable numerous times, safe to use, and may be trimmed to the perfect size.
