About the Recipe
Gud Ka Paratha is made using jaggery and is best served during the winter season. Serve them hot and fresh after packing them using Oddy Uniwraps.

Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Leftover gajak/gud
- Leftover gajak/gud
- Oddy Uniwraps
Directions
- Knead the dough after putting in some salt and water. Dough should be soft.
- Keep the dough aside for sometime. Take some leftover gajak or jaggery. Even til ki patti can be used.
- Break it into smaller pieces and then blend it in a mixer or with the help of a mortar and pestle.
- After 10-15 minutes, sprinkle some oil/ghee on the dough. Take a little amount of dough and roll it flat and add some stuffing of the prepared mixture.
- Close the stuffing properly and roll it again in a flat paratha. Cook it from both sides until it gets brown spots.
- Serve them hot after packing them using Oddy Uniwraps.
