About the Recipe
This delicious Vanilla cake is made without oven and by using simple ingredients that are easily available. Enjoy this easy-to-prepare delicious cake in the comfort of your home.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sugar powder
- 1/2 cup Fresh curd
- 1/4 tsp Vannila essence
- 1 cup Maida
- 1/4 cup Milk powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 100 gm White chocolate
- 3 tbsp Corn flour
- Pink food colouring
Directions
- Cut Oddy Ecobake Cooking and baking paper into a circle shape and place it in the baking mould.
- In a Bowl, Add 1/2 cup sugar powder, 1/2 cup fresh curd, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence and whisk and mix all the ingredients.
- Now, place a sieve on the bowl and add 1 cup Maida, 1/4 cup milk powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda and sieve them.
- Gradually Add 1 cup milk to the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the baking mould.
- Place a stand inside a cooker and close it. Pre-heat for 5 minutes.
- Cover and bake at low flame for 30 minutes. (Or pre-heated oven at 170°c for 25 minutes)
- Remove the lid after 30 minutes and insert a wooden stick in the cake to ensure its fully baked.
- For the Frosting, melt 100 gm white chocolate through double boiling method. (place a vessel with water and another vessel on top of it with the chocolate)
- In a pan, add 3 tbsp corn flour, 1/2 cup water and mix well and cook at low flame till it thickens. Add the melted chocolate to it and mix well and frosting is ready
- De-mould the cake and remove the baking sheet and slice the cake into two horizontal halves.
- Apply the frosting to the base and place the bottom layer of the cake. Apply sugar syrup and then the frosting and spread uniformly.
- Now place the top layer, apply sugar syrup and then, the frosting on top and spread uniformly, even to the sides.
- Take 2 piping bags and pour half of frosting into 1 bag. Add pink color to the remaining Frosting and pour it in another piping bag
- Make flower designs on top of the cake using the white and pink frosting Add silver balls to the cake and it's ready.
