Eggless Chocolate Pudding

Soft and Delicious Chocolate Pudding, restaurant style. Very simple and easy recipe, made using simple ingredients easily available at home. Enjoy making pudding at home.

Ingredients

 

  • Milk- 2 cup or 400ml approx
  • Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Bread - 5 slices
  • sprinkles and chocochips for decoration

Directions

 

  • Add 2 cups of cold milk in a saucepan, add ¼ cup of Sugar, 4 tbsp cocoa powder and mix them well.
  • Take 5 slices of white bread, trim the brown borders of the bread. Grind the bread using a grinder and make bread crumbs
  • Cook the mixture of milk and cocoa powder on medium flame and keep stirring.
  • As it starts to boil, turn down the flame to low and add breadcrumbs to the pan.Keep stirring to avoid the formation of lumps.
  • After cooking for 2-3 mins, turn off the gas and transfer the thick chocolate pudding mixture into a 6 inch cake tin which is lined with Oddy Ecobake Precut Circles.
  • Cover the container and steam the mixture in the pan. Steam it for 25-30 mins on low flame.
  • After 25 mins, take out the tin and let it cool down, and place it in the fridge afterwards for 6-8 hours.
  • Demold it on the plate, You can decorate it using sprinkles or dry fruits or choco chips. And your Chocolate Pudding is ready to serve.
