Adorable Spacer Tall Cake

Few things make us happier than a decadent cake, both in the sense of flavor and appearance. Trends in desserts come and go, but nothing beats a decadent cake that delights more than one sense. Such a cake is this spacer tall cake, which is comprised of two pineapple-flavored cakes, attractively frosted, and placed on a spacer stand to give it an even more fashionable appearance. Oddy Ecobake, which is very practical and non-sticky to use in an oven or air fryer, helps to bake the cakes to the ideal level of softness and sponginess, making cake demolding very easy.

Ingredients

 

  • For 1.25 kg cake: Vanilla cake premix- 3 cups & Refined oil-4 tbsp + 2 tbsp
  • Water-1.5 cups & Pineapple essence-1 tsp
  • For 800 g cake: Vanilla cake premix- 2 ¼ cups & Oil-2 tbsp
  • Pineapple essence-1/2 tsp + ½ tsp & Water-1/2 +1/4 cup
  • Chilled Whipping cream-3 cup & Blue gel food colour-few drops
  • Sugar syrup & Spacer cake stand & Artificial roses
  • Golden balls & Decorative grass
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Mix the premix with oil and water gradually to make a smooth batter. Add pineapple essence to it and mix well. Line a 6-inch and 7-inch baking pan with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Transfer the batters to it, spread them out, and tap well. Bake the 6-inch pan cake for 40 minutes and the 7-inch pan cake for 50 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
  • Check with a toothpick and take out of the oven. Cool completely and unmold. Cut each cake into four layers. Beat whipping cream with pineapple essence and beat until fluffy.
  • Apply cream to the cake board and place a layer of cake; soak with sugar syrup; spread cream and pineapple crush on it uniformly on each layer. Repeat the process for other layers, too. Frost the cake with cream, and then coat it with cream uniformly.
  • Mix whipping cream with blue gel food colour to make blue cream. Apply blue cream to the bottom of the cake and spread as shown. Make a pattern as shown using the cake comb.
  • Both the cakes are cream-coated and refrigerated for at least 2 hours. Shift the big cake to a larger cake board and decorate the cake bottom with artificial roses, decorative grass, and gold balls as shown.
  • Decorate the small cake top with artificial roses, decorative grass, and gold balls as shown. Decorate the cake stand with artificial roses.
  • Place both cakes on the spacer cake stand as shown. Pack them individually and set them on the spacer stand in the party location. The attractive spacer tall cake is ready.
