Mixed Soppina Gujju With Chapati

A healthy life depends on eating a balanced diet. Try cooking this curry called mixed soppina gujju, which is prepared from a combination of leafy vegetables like spinach, fenugreek, and dill. For a delightful and nutritious lunch for your family, they are ground into a paste with fried spices and served on chapati. Ingredients

 

  • Palak (spinach) leaves, Methi (fenugreek) leaves and Dill leaves
  • Oil- ½ tsp & Cumin- ½ tbsp
  • Garlic pods-20 & Green chillies-2
  • Tomato-2 & Coriander powder- ½ tsp & Salt-to taste
  • Oddy Uniwraps Brown

Directions

 

  • Heat oil in a pan, let cumin splutter, add garlic pods, and stir well until they get fried.
  • Then add chopped green chilies and cut tomatoes; add cleaned and washed dill leaves, methi leaves, and palak leaves to it; and stir until they cook well for 7 to 8 minutes on a low flame.
  • Add coriander powder and salt to taste to it, and stir well. Grind them to a paste without adding water after cooling. The healthy mixed soppina gujju is ready.
  • Spread mixed soppina gujju on a chapati and wrap it in Oddy Uniwraps Brown. Pack it for your lunch box. You can also serve it along with rice and "bendakaya fry" (Lady’s finger fry).
