Eggless Coffee Brownies

For many people, coffee evokes their emotions. Make a coffee brownie, top it with chocolate ganache, and then sprinkle chopped walnuts on top to lift your enthusiasm. For admirers of brownies and coffee, this coffee brownies are made thick and luscious like a dream. By coating the baking pan with Oddy Ecobake, which is non-stick, secure to use, and reusable numerous times, they are baked perfectly and spongy.

Ingredients

 

  • Whole wheat flour - 1 cup & Instant Coffee Powder- 2 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate compound- 150g & Powdered sugar- 3/4 cup
  • Melted butter- 1/4 cup & Baking powder- 1 tsp
  • Baking soda- 1/4tsp & Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
  • Milk- 1/2 cup & Chopped walnuts- 2-3 tbsp
  • Hot Water- 2 tbsp & Hot Milk- 2 tbsp
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Line an 8-by-8-inch cake pan by Oddy Ecobake. Melt chopped dark chocolate along with hot butter in a bowl using the double boiler method.
  • Let it cool completely. Mix powdered sugar and instant coffee powder in a bowl along with water and beat until fluffy for 5 minutes.
  • Add melted chocolate to it and mix. Now add the sifted dry ingredients, vanilla essence, and milk gradually to it and mix well until it forms a smooth batter.
  • Transfer the batter to it, spread it out, and tap it well using a ladle. Bake for 35–40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Check with a knife if it has baked fully. Unmold when cooled completely.
  • To garnish the cake, melt dark chocolate compound along with hot milk using the double boiler method and pour it on the cake. Spread well and garnish with chopped walnuts. Cut into square slices and enjoy.
