Affordable Designer Ice Cake Without Oven

Try this yummy and delightful designer ice cake on a budget. We have used red, green, and yellow coloured creams to decorate the cake, and the cake is made with orange essence. Ecpbake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cake without any greasing or additional cleanup.

  • Curd – 1/3rd cup & Oil – ¼ cup
  • Powdered sugar – ¾ cup & Orange essence – 1 tsp
  • Milk – ¾ cup + 2 tbsp & Maida – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp & Baking soda – ¼ tsp
  • Whipping cream – 1.5 cups & Orange crush - 4 tbsp
  • Green, Yellow and Red food gel



  • Prepare the cake batter by mixing the dry ingredients in a bowl and sieving through the dry ingredients. Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper.
  • Bake the cake for 45 minutes in a preheated pressure cooker without a gasket. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into 3 equal parts.
  • Place the first layer of the cake sponge on a cake board and soak it with sugar syrup. Apply whipping cream to the first layer and apply orange crush to it and spread well.
  • Place the second layer and repeat the same steps. Place the third layer, apply sugar syrup and frost the cake completely. Smoothen the cake frosting with a spatula.
  • Take green cream, apply a leaf pattern on the sides of the cake, and scrape it using a cake by turning the turn-around-table. Decorate the cake with flowers using red cream in a 126-nozzle.
  • Make a pattern around the cake base using red cream in a piping bag with a small star-shaped nozzle. Garnish the cake with golden and silver balls.
