About the Recipe

This is an easy and simple cake recipe prepared very similar to sponge or vanilla cake but with a honey and strawberry jam icing. Oddy Ecobake helps in getting perfect cakes without any greasing and no need of cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

150 Gram Vanilla Cake Premix
70 gram milk
1 tbsp Honey
50 gram oil and Butter
3-4 drop orange essence
1/3 tsp Vanilla Essence

Directions

Take a bowl and add vanilla cake premix, milk, honey.
Add oil, butter, orange essence, vanilla essence and mix it with the help of a beater.
Take 6-inch cake tin and line it with Oddy Ecobake sheet. No need to grease or clean afterwards.
Bake at 180 degree for 30-35 Min in Preheated oven or kadhai.
Your delicious cake is ready to serve!
