Ingredients

  • Oil – ¼ cup & Powdered sugar – ½ cup
  • Lukewarm cup – ½ cup & Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  • All purpose flour – 1 cup & Cocoa powder – 1 tsp
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp & Baking soda – ¼ tsp
  • Royal Blue food gel – 2 drops & Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Whipping cream – 1.5 cups & Paneer – 100 gm
  • Chopped white chocolate

Directions

  • Mix the wet ingredients for the cake in a mixing bowl. Sieve the dry ingredients into the bowl and mix them with the wet ingredients to prepare the cake batter.
  • Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes in an oven at 170 degrees C.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the upper part of the cake. Then divide the cake into 3 equal parts. Prepare cheese cream by grinding milk, salt, and paneer in a mixer jar.
  • Beat whipping cream in a bowl and add cheese cream once stiff peaks start to form. Place the first cake layer on the cake board, soak it with sugar syrup, apply whipped cheese cream and garnish with chopped white chocolate.
  • Now repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake. Frost the cake completely with the cream and level it using a card and spatula.
  • Then mix royal blue colour into the remaining cream and make a braided pattern at the bottom of the cake. Make roses using a flower nail with a 125 nozzle. Place the roses on one side of the cake.
  • Make leaf patterns besides the roses using a piping bag with a V cut with green cream. Place a happy birthday card on the cake, and your cake is ready.
