Cake with Pistachios and Elaichi

Are you tired of eating the same chocolate and vanilla-flavored cakes? This pista cake bar comes to your rescue. Oddy Ecobake is used to get the perfect shape for your pista cake without greasing the mold, and there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

Pistachio - 1/4 cup, Cardamom - 2 & Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk powder - 1 tbsp, Oil - 2 tbsp, Condensed milk - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup, Pista essence - 1/4 tsp & Maida - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp & Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
White chocolate - 1/3rd cup & Whip cream - 2 tbsp
Sprinkles & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Grind pistachios, cardamom pods, sugar, and milk powder together to form a fine powder. Mix oil, condensed milk, milk, and pista essence together in a bowl.
Add pista powder, maida, baking soda, and baking powder to the same bowl and mix everything to form the cake batter. Transfer the cake batter to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake.
Bake the cake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 °C. Once the cake is baked and cooled, remove the top layer of the cake. Cut the cake into two equal parts.
Prepare frosting by melting white chocolate and whipping cream using the double boiler method. Pour and spread the frosting on the first layer of the cake and place the second layer on it.
Cut the cake into small pieces and dip them in the frosting again. Garnish these pista cake bars with coloured sprinkles.
