About the Recipe

Cheese parantha is a delicious whole wheat flatbread with a cheese stuffing made with cheese, onions, capsicum, and corn. This is a tasty parantha that kids will love. You can send it to your kid for lunch wrapped in Oddy Uniwraps, which helps to maintain the parantha hot, hygienic, and fresh for a long time.

Ingredients

 

  • Whole wheat flour-2 cups & Salt-1 tsp
  • Ghee- 2 to 3 tsp + for greasing parantha & Water
  • Italian seasoning & Corn
  • Chopped capsicum & Chopped onion
  • Cheese slices
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Mix together wheat flour, salt, and ghee with water to form a soft dough. Grease it with oil and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  • Pinch a small portion of dough and make paranthas as shown. Apply some ghee and sprinkle Italian seasoning; fold and roll as shown.
  • Cook them on a low flame on both sides. Cut in half and spread pizza sauce on it; add corn, capsicum, onion, and half a cheese slice; and sprinkle Italian seasoning on it.
  • Fold and cook as shown. Pack them in a box lined with Oddy Uniwraps to keep them fresh and hot.
