Ingredients
- 75 gm soft salted butter
- 1/3 Cup sugar powder
- 3/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp choco chips
Directions
- Whisk soft salted butter until fluffy.
- Add sugar powder to the butter prepared.
- Mix and whisk again.
- Add all-purpose flour and mix it well.
- Add choco chip and mix again.
- Place Oddy Ecobake cooking paper tray over a pan.
- Make small doughs and give them a rectangular shape and place it on the prepared pan.
- Add choco chips on top, place on non stick tawa on top of stove.
- Cover with lid and bake at low flame for 15mins.
- Fully baked choco chip cookies are ready to serve now.
