Ingredients

Oddy Ecobake
1/4 Cup butter
1/4 Cup dark chocolate
1/2 Cup wheat flour
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 Tsp baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
Dairy milk
Melted chocolate

Directions

In hot water place a bowl, add butter, dark chocolate, stir and melt. Let the chocolate and butter melt completely. Remove the bowl and add wheat flour, sugar powder, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda, mix well.
Gradually add milk and knead to make a soft dough. Make small balls. Flatten and make small round balls. Line the baking plate with Oddy Ecobake. Oddy Ecobake is non-sticky and grease-proof.
Place choco cookie on baking plate. Add dairy milk and choco chips. Place wire stand, cover lid and pre-heat for 5 mins. After 5 mins. Place plate for baking.
Cover lid and bake at low flame for 12 mins. Remove lid after 12 mins, fully baked and cool completely. Garnish with melted chocolate. Choco cookie cake is ready to serve.
