Chocolate-Loaded Muffins without an Oven

This is a delicious and visually appealing recipe for chocolate-loaded cupcakes. This recipe is perfect for children and people with sweet teeth. Oddy Ecobake helps you make DIY cupcake liners to demold the cupcakes easily.

Ingredients

 

  • Chopped Dark Chocolate - 1 Cup (130 gm)
  • Veg Oil - 1/4 Cup (50 ml) & Butter - 1/4 Cup (50 gm)
  • Curd - 1/2 Cup (100 gm) & Milk - 1/2 Cup (120 ml)
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp & Powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • Maida - 2 cups & Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp & Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup , Chocolates & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Add chopped dark chocolate, vegetable oil, butter, curd, milk, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar to a bowl. Melt them using the double-boiler method.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the melted ingredients. Combine them well to prepare a batter with ribbon consistency.
  • Take Oddy Ecobake and make a DIY cupcake liner with it. Use the liner in a steel cup, and then fill it with a cupcake batter. Add chocolates of your choice on top.
  • Bake the cupcakes in a preheated kadai for 30 minutes. Once the cupcakes are completely baked, demold them and enjoy!
