Ingredients
- Oddy Ecobake
- Sugar 4 spoon
- Milk 16 spoon
- Fresh curd 3 spoon
- Oil 4 spoon
- Vanilla extract ½ spoon
- All-purpose flour 7 spoon
- Cocoa powder 1.5 spoon
- Baking soda 2 pinch
- Baking powder 1/3rd spoon
- Dark chocolate 7 spoon
- Milk 3 spoon
- Golden sprinkles
Directions
- In a bowl add sugar and milk, mix until sugar dissolves. Add fresh curd, oil, vanilla extract and mix gently. Sieve all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, mix gently. Take 3 steel bowls and line it with Oddy Ecobake. Oddy Ecobake is very easy to bake and demold.
- Pour the batter 3/4th in the bowls. Place in pre-heated kadai, cover lid and bake for 25 mins. Check after 25 mins. If baked properly remove from heat.
- Place bowl in boiling water. Add dark chocolate and melt it completely. Remove from heat, add milk gradually and refrigerate for 15 mins. Demold the cake, trim upper part. Cut it in two parts. After refrigeration ganache is ready.
- Add ganache on cake sponge, and add the top layer. Cut in into two halves and place it on Oddy Ecobake. Garnish with melted chocolate and golden sprinkles.
