Commercial Chocolate Muffin is Bakery style muffin recipe. It is a good option of kids parties, tiffin box sweet, or for tea parties. To bake the muffin, use Oddy Uniwraps as the base of the muffin. It is healthy and very safe to use.

Ingredients

200 gm chocolate premix, 120-150 gm Milk,
1 tsp Vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp Cake gel
20 gm Oil, 20 gm Butter,
100 gm Chocolate chunks, Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

Take chocolate premix, milk, vanilla essence, and cake gel. Mix well and beat it with a beater.
Next add oil and melted butter. Mix it well together.
Add chopped chocolate compound and give it a nice mix. Now take cupcake baking tray.
Use Oddy Ecobake Uniwraps to line the cupcake tray. With the help of piping bag, pour batter into the tray. Bake it at 170 degree temperature for 15-20 mins.
