Super easy and super tasty eggless Brownie recipe, with a perfect crinkle top. Enjoy this chocolaty rich gooey brownie.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Sugar powder
- 1/2 cup Fresh thick curd
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
- 120 gm Dark chocolate
- 25 GM butter
- 3/4 cup Maida
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 Pinches of salt
Directions
- Place Oddy Ecobake Cooking and baking paper in a square mould.
- In a bowl, Add 3/4 cup sugar powder, 1/2 cup fresh thick curd,1/4 tsp vanilla essence and whisk to mix them well.
- Now place a bowl on boiling water and add 120 gm dark chocolate and 25 gm butter and stir them while they melt.
- Add the melted chocolate to the mixture prepared and mix well.
- In another bowl Take 3/4 cup Maida, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp baking soda, 2 pinches of salt and mix well.
- Sieve them and gradually add them to the chocolate batter and mix well.
- Transfer the brownie base to the mould and spread uniformly and place it in oven. Bake at 160°© for 25 minutes
- Take the mould out and let the brownie cool completely. Check for the crinkly texture on top.
- Cut into square pieces and enjoy the gooey and chocolaty brownie.
