Easy And Appealing Cake Decoration

About the Recipe

Use vanilla cake premix to quickly and easily make a cake, then creatively decorate it with chocolate ganache and very little amount of icing is used to cream coat the cake. The cake has a cream coating and chocolate bars are used as decorations. The cake can be customized for any important event. Oddy Ecobake, which is heat-resistant, food-safe, and reusable, is used to line the cake sponge in order to bake it softly.

Ingredients

Vanilla cake premix- 1 cup & Water- ½ cup + 1tbsp
Pineapple crush & Whipping cream
Sugar syrup & Neutral gel- 3 tbsp
Yellow gel food colour -2 to 3 drops & White gel food colour- 2 drops

Directions

Mix cake premix with water in a mixing bowl until it forms a smooth batter. Line a baking pan with Oddy Ecobake. Transfer the batter to it, spread it out, and tap it well.
Bake the cake for 20–25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. Cool completely and unmold. Divide the cake into two layers.
Place the bottom layer of cake on the cake board, soak with sugar syrup, apply whipping cream, and then pineapple crush on it and spread well. Cover it with the top layer of cake.
Cream coat the cake with whipping cream. Refrigerate for some time. Mix yellow and white food colour to make a neutral gel along with a spoonful of water. Frost the cake with cream and smooth it out.
Pour the prepared yellow neutral gel mixture on the top of cake, spread well. Then fill it in a piping bag and drip it on the sides as shown.
Decorate the top as shown with chocolate ganache filled in a piping bag. Cut chocolate bars and place them on the cake. Write as per your wish on the cake.
