If brownies are your go-to dessert, then this recipe is for you. You can make these brownies with easily available ingredients. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the brownies and demold them without greasing the mold. Hence, there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

Sugar - 1/2 cup & Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
Instant coffee powder - 2 tsp & Salt - 1/4 tsp
Maida - 1 cup, Eggs - 1 & Milk - 2 to 3 tbsp
Chopped dry fruits & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

In a bowl, add sugar, cocoa powder, coffee powder, salt, and maida, and mix well.
Add one egg and milk to the same bowl and combine well.
Add the chopped nuts to the prepared batter.
Transfer the batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake.
Bake the brownie for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven or kadai.
Once the brownie is completely baked and cooled, cut it into cubes and enjoy!
