About the Recipe

Easy Chocolate Disc, is a unique festive season sweet dish with three different flavors. Make it for friends and relatives and gift them, sweetness. Ingredients

 

  • Rasmalai chocolate disc: 150 gm white chocolate pinch of yellow dust color, ⅓ cup roasted dry fruits (coarsely ground), ¼ tsp cardamom powder, a pinch of saffron Garnishing: chopped pista and almonds, or finely sliced almonds, dried rose petals, edible golden paper, and saffron threads
  • Fruit flavor chocolate disc: 50 gm milk chocolate, 50 gm dark chocolate, 50 gm white chocolate. half a drop of mixed fruit essence, 4-5 chopped cranberries, 1 chopped fig, 1 chopped dry kiwi, 3 chopped dates, 1 tbsp chopped raisins and 2 dry chopped apricots. mango and orange choco chips.
  • Nutty chocolate disc: 150 gm dark chocolate chopped roasted dry fruits, (pista, almonds, cashew), half a drop of almond essence,
  • circle mold, Oddy Ecobake, Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Rasmalai chocolate disc: Take Oddy Ecobake and cut it into the shape of a plate or dish. Place it on the plate.
  • Make use of a circular vessel or ring and line it with the second layer of Oddy Ecobake around the sides. Melt 150 gm white chocolate with a double boiler method. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Add a pinch of yellow dust color, ⅓ cup roasted dry fruits (coarsely ground), ¼ tsp cardamom powder, and a pinch of saffron. Mix well. Rasmalai essence is optional.
  • Now pour the mixture into the mold. Garnish with chopped pista and almonds, or finely sliced almonds, dried rose petals, edible golden paper, and saffron threads. Refrigerate it for 15- 20 mins. Remove from mold.
  • Fruit flavor chocolate disc: Follow the step of lining mold with Oddy Ecobake. Take Melt 50 gm milk chocolate, 50 gm dark chocolate, 50 gm white chocolate.
  • Chop into small pieces and melt with the double boiler method. Allow it to cool to room temperature. Mix half a drop of mixed fruit essence, 4-5 chopped cranberries, 1 chopped fig, 1 chopped dry kiwi, 3 chopped dates, 1 tbsp chopped raisins and 2 dry chopped apricots. Mix it well and pour in the vessel. Garnish with mango and orange chocochips. Refrigerator.
  • Nutty chocolate disc: Follow the step of lining mold with Oddy Ecobake. Take150 gm dark chocolate, chop it into small pieces. Melt it by double boiler method.
  • Let it cool at room temperature. Add chopped roasted dry fruits, (pista, almonds, cashew), half a drop of almond essence, mix it well, and pour in the mold. Refrigerate for 15-20 mins.
  • Garnish with edible gold dust color. Pack in Oddy uniwraps.
