1/3 Cup sugar powder
1/3 Cup fresh curd
2 Tbsp oil
3/4 Cup wheat flour
1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp milk powder
1/2 Cup milk
1/2 Cup whip cream

Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper brown is chlorine free and ideal for baking. It is non-greasy that is ideal for baking cake. Add sugar powder, fresh curd, oil, whisk and mix. Sieve wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, milk powder, and mix well. Add milk and whisk. Make a smooth batter.
Pour the batter in mould. Cover and preheat cooker for 5 mins. Place mould for baking. Cover and bake at low flame for 30 mins or in preheated oven at convection mode for 30 mins. Remove lid after 30 mins. Check if the cake is fully baked by picking it with a toothpick. If toothpick comes out clean, the cake is baked fully.
In a bowl add whipped cream, whisk until fluffy, add 2 tbsp melted chocolate and whisk again. Our chocolate frosting is ready.
Demould when cake is completely cooled. Remove Oddy Ecobake. Trim upper layer. Apply sugar syrup. Add chocolate frosting and spread uniformly. Add chocolate ganache and decorate as shown in video. Spread uniformly. Cut into small pastries.
Add chocolate curls and garnish with chocolate balls. Our Eggless cake is ready to relish.
