This Eggless Oreo Cake is soft and buttery with the goodness of sweet Oreo cookies in it. This is a fun and easy recipe for Oreo lovers! Oddy Ecobake Brown helps in getting perfect cake without any greasing and no need of cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

1.5 cups - all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon - baking powder
1 cup - yogurt
1/2 teaspoon - baking soda
3/4cup - castor sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
12 Oreo biscuits

Directions

Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl and then sieve all the dry ingredients in wet mixture and make a smooth batter.
Line the baking dish or mould with Oddy Ecobake Brown paper and pour the batter into it.
No need to grease and then top the batter with some chocochips and Oreo cookies .
Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 180 degree.
Your fluffy and delicious Oreo cake is ready to eat.
