Ingredients

Pineapple slices
Salt
Sugar
Red chilli powder
Lemon juice

Directions

Cut a pineapple into slices. Mix salt, sugar, chilli powder, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Coat the pineapple slices with mixed spices. Take an Ecobake cooking paper circle and place it on a tawa.
Roast the spice-coated pineapple slices on the tawa until they turn golden brown in colour.
