Fudgy Choco-Chips Brownie

About the Recipe

Make this super fudgy, moist, and chocolaty with crispy edges and crackly tops for your family. They are made from wheat flour and eggs are added. This cup of measurements will give 16 pieces of brownie. The non-sticky, fudgy brownies are made by lining the baking tray with Oddy Ecobake, which is safe to use and can be cut to ideal size.

Ingredients

 

  • Chopped dark chocolate- 1 cup & Unsalted butter-1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar-1 cup & Eggs-2
  • Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp & Whole wheat flour-3/4 cup
  • Cocoa powder-1/4 cup & Chopped cashews-1/4 cup & Choco chips-1/4 cup
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Line a 15-inch baking tray with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Melt dark chocolate and butter in a bowl using the double boiler method. Add sugar to it and mix.
  • Now add eggs one by one to it and mix using the cut-and-fold method.
  • Then add vanilla essence, sifted wheat flour, and cocoa powder to it and mix well. Also, add chocolate chips and cashews to it and mix. The brownie batter is ready.
  • Grease the cake tray with oil and transfer the batter into it; spread well using a ladle.
  • Garnish with chocolate chips on the top. Bake the brownie batter for 30 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
  • Cool completely and demold. Cut it into pieces. The fudgy brownie is ready to taste; serve it cold if you prefer.
