Healthy Rotis Stuffed with Veggies

About the Recipe

Try this roti for your breakfast. It is very simple, tasty, and requires less oil. It is very nutritious because it contains a lot of vegetables. Oddy Ecobake helps you flatten the rotis without dusting them with flour or greasing them with oil.

Ingredients

 

  • Green chillies - 4 & Garlic cloves - 4 to 5
  • Small onion - 1 & Capsicum - 1 & Carrot - 1
  • Boiled potatoes - 7 & Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp & Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves, salt & Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Rava or suji - little more than 1/2 cup & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Chop garlic, green chillies and all other vegetables using a chopper. Boil and mash potatoes in a bowl.
  • Add all the chopped ingredients, the suji, and all the mentioned masalas to the same bowl.
  • Mix well to prepare the dough. Take a portion of the dough and place it on the Oddy Ecobake.
  • Take another Oddy Ecobake to the dough and flatten it using a rolling pin.
  • Transfer the raw roti to a pan and cook until brown spots appear. Your healthy suji potato is ready!
