Homemade 5 Star Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Whip cream
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 200 gm milk chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp Glucose syrup
  • 150 gm milk chocolate

Directions

  • Stir together sugar, cocoa, and salt in a bowl.
  • Gradually stir in milk.
  • Microwave at HIGH (100%) or heat 7 to 10 minutes or until mixture comes to full boil, stirring every few minutes.
  • Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour dishes into a container lined with Oddy Ecobake brown baking and cooking paper.
  • Let the dish to cool and enjoy the bite!
