Thumbsup Sponge Cake

The fluffy and soft thumbsup sponge cake is appealing in looks and delicious in taste.

Ingredients

21/2 cups plain flour
300ml thumbs up
5tbsp cocoa powder
1tsp baking soda
1cup butter
3tbsp powdered sugar
1 tin of condensed milk

Directions

Mix butter and sugar very well in a bowl.
In another bowl mix well plain flour, baking soda, and baking powder and sieve it 3-4 times.
Mix half plain flour in butter and another half in thumbs up.
Whisk it properly and then mix both the mixture well.
Take the mixture into a container lined with Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circle and bake it at 150degree C.
Let it down to cool and serve it with love.
