How to Make Cakes That are Shiny

About the Recipe

Do you want to know how to bake cakes without cracks? Or do you want to make cakes that are shiny and glossy? Then this recipe is for you. Ecobake cooking paper circles help to bake your cakes in perfect shape without greasing the mold with oil.

Ingredients

 

  • Cake premix - 150 gm, Oil - 1 tbsp & Water - 75 ml
  • Whipped cream & Yellow food gel
  • Pineapplae crush & Neutral gel

Directions

 

  • Prepare cake batter by mixing cake premix with oil and water. Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 °C.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the upper part of the cake and divide it into three layers. Place the first layer on the cake board, and apply and spread whipped cream on it.
  • Spread the pineapple crush evenly over the whipped cream. Place the second layer of the cake on top and repeat the same steps. After frosting the third layer of the cake, frost the entire cake with whipped cream. Frost the cake with yellow cream.
  • Make a swirl pattern on the sides of the cake using a cake scraper or cake comb. Apply a neutral gel mixed with a few drops of water to the cake. Make a pattern using a piping bag as shown. Your shiny cake is ready!
