Ingredients
- sugar - 1/2 cup & water - 1 cup
- saffron food color - a pinch
- full cream milk - 1/2 litre & Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Maida - 1/4 cup, Milk powder - 1/4 cup
- 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste & 1/4 tsp eno
- Sugar - 3 tbsp & Butter - 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp & Rusk as required
- Dessicated coconut - as required
- Almond flakes, Cherries & tutti frutti for decoration

Directions
- Prepare sugar syrup with sugar, water, and saffron food color.
- Add maida and cornflour to the milk and mix well. Boil the milk mixture in a pan and add milk powder and cornflour.
- Give them a good stir to prepare the custard. Take a bowl, arrange the rusks in a layer, and pour some warm sugar syrup over it.
- Add dessicated coconut and custard to the top of the rusk pieces and spread them evenly. Add a layer of rusk over the custard and repeat the same process.
- Add almond flakes, cherry, and tutti frutti pieces to the pudding. Cover the bowl with Oddy Uniwraps and refrigerate it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Once refrigerated, remove the Oddy Uniwraps, cut the milk pudding into pieces, and enjoy.
