Mango Cake in a Steel Glass

This is a soft and spongy mango cake that you can prepare in a glass without an oven. Enjoy this delicious cake at home. Brown Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the cake without greasing the steel glass with oil. Hence, there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 Ripe mango, 1/3 cup sugar & 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 pieces elaichi seeds & 1 cup Maida
  • 3 tbsp milk powder & 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda & 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp tutti frutti & Brown Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Take one ripe mango and take out the pulp. Transfer the pulp into a jar with 1/3 cup sugar and 2 elaichi seeds. Churn and make puree. Now pour the puree in a bowl and add 3 tbsp of oil. Whisk and mix.
  • Add 1 cup maida, 3 tablespoons milk powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Sieve and add to the puree. Mix well. Add 3 tablespoons milk gradually. Mix in 2 tbsp of tutti frutti to make a smooth batter.
  • Take Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper and line two steel glasses with it. Pour the batter and fill 3/4 of the glass, then add tutti frutti on top. Preheat the cooker for 5 minutes, and then place the glasses inside.
  • Cover and bake at low heat for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, insert a wooden stick to ensure it is baked properly. After it is cooled completely, de-mold it and remove the baking paper. Cut it into pieces and enjoy this yummy cake.
