Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oil, 1/3 Cup sugar powder & 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp condensed milk (optional) & 3/4 Cup wheat flour
  • 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder & 3/4 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp vinegar & 2 Tbsp choco chips
  • Melted chocolate for garnishing
  • Brown Oddy Ecobake

Directions

  • In a bowl, whisk and mix the wet ingredients like oil, sugar, and milk. Sieve the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix the wet and dry ingredients to make the cake batter.
  • Add 1 tsp of vinegar and choco chips to the cake batter. Prepare the vessel on a stove for 5 minutes with a wire stand. Take 2 steel glasses, line them with brown Oddy Ecobake.
  • Transfer the cake batter into the glasses. After 5 minutes, place the Ecobake baking plate on it and place the steel glasses on it. Bake the cake for 22 minutes at a low flame.
  • Once the cakes are baked and cooled, demould the cakes. Garnish the cakes with chocolate ganache and a few choco chips. Cut the glass cakes into several rolls and enjoy.
