Mango Roll Cut Kulfi Without Whip Cream

Make this amazing roll cut mango ice cream at home without whipped cream. You need only a handful of ingredients like mangoes, sugar and fresh cream to make this kulfi. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your ice cream without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 Cup mango
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 250 ml amul fresh cream
  • 2 Tbsp milk powder
  • Mango Pieces

Directions

 

  • Add 1 cup of mango pieces and 1 cup of sugar to a jar to make a puree. Take 250 ml of fresh cream and shake well before using. Transfer it into a bowl and whisk until you get a fluffy consistency.
  • Mix in the mango puree and whisk again. Add 2 tbsp of milk powder to the cream and mango puree mixture and whisk until it gets fluffy. Now add chopped mango pieces to the ice cream base.
  • Cover the bowl using plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Line the cylindrical container with Oddy Ecobake cooking paper and pour the ice cream base into the container.
  • Refrigerate the container for 8 hours. Alternatively, pour the base into freezing cups, add the chopped mango pieces, cover the lid and refrigerate it for 8 hours. After 8 hours, demold the ice cream roll and cut it into slices.
