It is hard to come up with different breakfast ideas everyday. In this recipe we’re sharing a different and easy way to make tasty breakfast using bread. Not much time consuming you can easily prepare this recipe for breakfast and pack it for your kids’ tiffin.

Ingredients
- Curd
- ½ Chopped Capsicum
- 1 Medium sized onion
- Coriander
- Green chili
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- White Bread
Directions
- Starin the curd using a sieve or a fine cloth, to extract all the water out of it, and transfer it into a mixing bowl
- Add finely chopped capsicum, chopped Onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chili and some black pepper to it, add the salt as per your taste and mix it well
- Take 5-6 slices of white bread and chop off the brown corners using a knife or scissors. You can take more or less slices of bread as per your need.
- Take a slice and roll it using a rolling pin as shown in the video, add some mixture on the slice and fold it to make a pocket-like shape.
- Similarly make more pockets following the same procedure. You can also make pockets by taking two rolled slices of bread, adding some mixture in between and then cut them using a pizza cutter or knife, as shown in the video.
- When the pockets are ready, take a pan, add some refined oil/ghee or butter to it, transfer the pockets into the pan and cook them a little for some time until they turn brownish.
- Take out the pockets and your recipe is ready. You can also warp them for lunch using Oddy Ecobake food wrapping paper.
