Mini Butter Cookies Without Soda

Make these mini butter cookies for your kids. They will love it. And you can make them without much effort. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the cookies without greasing the baking plate with butter so that the cookies will not stick to the baking plate.

Ingredients

45 gm butter
1/4 Cup icing sugar
1/8 Tsp vanilla essence
1/2 Cup all purpose flour
Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Add soft butter to a bowl and mix it with icing sugar. Whisk them together until the mixture turns light and fluffy.
Add vanilla essence and maida to the bowl and mix well. Fill the soft dough in a piping bag with a small star-shaped nozzle.
Line a plate with Oddy Ecobake. Make small stars on it with the dough. Preheat a kadai for 5 minutes.
Bake the cookies in the kadai for 10 minutes over a low flame. Demold them once they've been baked, and enjoy!
