Mutton Keema Balls Without Maida

Ingredients

 

  • Mutton - 500 gm & Potatoes - 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp & Curd - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tbsp & Green chillies - 2 to 3
  • Bread crumbs, Eggs - 3 & Corn flour - 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves & Pepper powder - 1.5 tbsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp & Oil for frying

Directions

 

  • Add mutton keema, ginger gralic paste, and green chillies to a pressure cooker and mix with curd and salt. Cook them for 4 to 5 whistles.
  • Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker and mash them. Grind the cooked keema in a mixer jar and transfer it into a mixing bowl.
  • Add mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper powder, eggs, and cumin powder to the keema mixture and combine well to prepare a dough.
  • Prepare bread crumbs using 4 to 5 bread slices. Beat 2 eggs along with corn flour and salt in a small bowl.
  • Make small balls using the prepared dough, dip them in the egg mixture and coat them with bread crumbs.
  • You can pack these balls in an airtight container lined with Ecobake cooking paper and fry them in hot oil whenever needed. Your keema balls will be ready in a flash.
