No-Bake Swiss Roll with Biscuits

Make this simple no-bake swiss roll recipe with biscuits. You can prepare them in under 10 minutes with just a handful of ingredients. Oddy Ecobake helps you arrange the milk-dipped biscuits and make them into a roll. No additional cleanup is required when you use the Oddy Ecobake.

Ingredients

 

  • 75 gm butter & 1/4 Cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 Tsp vanilla essence & Sweet Biscuits
  • Milk, chocolate ganache & cherries
  • Buttescotch crunches & Brown Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Beat the butter in a mixing bowl until it becomes light and fluffy. Add condensed milk and vanilla essence to the bowl and beat again.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, leaving 2 tbsp of it in the mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder to 2 tbsp of the condensed milk and butter mixture.
  • Beat them well to prepare chocolate ganache. Dip biscuits in milk and place them on the Oddy Ecobake. Add buttercream frosting to the biscuits as shown.
  • Add the chocolate frosting at the centre of the biscuit row. Roll them to make a pyramid with the biscuits as described.
  • Freeze them for 1 hour. Then, take it out and garnish with melted chocolate and nuts. Cut the roll into small pieces. Your Swiss roll is ready!
