Oats and Wheat Flour Cake With Bananas

  • Oats - 1 cup & Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp & Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Bananas - 2 & Eggs - 2
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp & Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • 1/4 cup Curd (plain yogurt)



  • Grind 1 cup of oats to a fine powder in a mixer jar and keep it aside. In a mixing bowl, mash 2 bananas and whisk 2 eggs together.
  • Once everything is combined well, add vanilla essence, wheat and oat flour, oil, baking soda, and baking powder and mix well to form the cake batter.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper circles. Bake the cake in an air fryer, an oven, or on the stove top. Once the cake is baked and cooled, cut it into smaller pieces and enjoy.
