Pizza Roll With Home-made Dough

About the Recipe

A pizza roll is an easy and crowd-pleasing recipe. This recipe combines all of the flavors of traditional pizza, but instead of adding the toppings directly to the dough, we will spread the dough into a thin sheet, roll the dough, and cut it into small rolls. Ecobake parchment paper helps in spreading the dough without any greasing and without the need for additional cleanup.

  • 1 tbsp yeast, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 cup warm water
  • 3 cups maida & 3 to 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup pizza sauce & 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ tsp dried oregano & Chilli flakes
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp, a pinch of salt & Cheese



  • Activate the yeast by mixing it in warm water along with sugar. Once the yeast is activated, add the flour and salt to it and combine well.
  • Apply oil to the dough, close the lid, and set it aside for 1 hour for proofing. Once the dough doubles in size, knead the dough again.
  • Take a portion of the dough and spread it into a thin sheet. Apply and spread pizza sauce, sugar, a pinch of salt, and ketchup on the dough and sprinkle grated cheese on it.
  • Roll the dough with everything inside and cut it into smaller rolls. Take a baking tray and line it with Ecobake parchment paper.
  • Place the rolls on the Ecobake cooking paper and bake them for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C. Once the pizza rolls are baked, take the tray out and serve.
