This ragi chickpea dosa is a nutritious breakfast recipe. It can be done with just two ingredients and is a rich source of protein, calcium, and iron. Oddy Ecobake helps you pack the ragi dosas to keep them fresh and tasty for a long time.

Ingredients

 

  • Ragi - 1/2 cup & Chickpeas - 1/4 cup
  • Salt & Water as needed
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Soak ragi and chickpeas for 6 hours or overnight. Grind them together to form the batter.
  • Ferment the batter for 7 to 8 hours. Make the ragi dosas on a tawa as shown.
  • Pack the ragi dosa in the Oddy Ecobake to keep them fresh and soft.
