Season Special – Delicious and easy to make Sharbat

About the Recipe

Feel refreshed in heat with this amazing recipe of delicious Sharbat. It is easy to make with minimum ingredients and will take only 5 min and it can also be stored for up to a week !

  • 3 Cup / 750ml Milk
  • 10 Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of Custard powder/cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon Gulkand
  • 1 teasppon Melon seeds



  • Take a pan and add 3 cup/750ml milk with 5 spoons of sugar and mix it properly till it boils.
  • Take a separate bowl, add custard powder/corn flour and vanilla essence with half cup milk and mix well.
  • Add custard slurry in milk and mix properly and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Let it cool at room temperature and transfer to a bowl.
  • Take urniwrap which food grade certified as its bleach and chlorine free and cover bowl with it. Freeze it.
  • Take 10 almonds, 1 spoon melon seeds and soak in warm water for 20min.
  • Grind the seeds and almonds with milk and make a paste.
  • Take custard out of freezer and add paste and add Gulkand. Your Sharbat is ready.
