Simple and Special Decoration on Pineapple Cake

Try this simple yet beautiful cake decoration technique next time. We made the decoration on the pineapple cake with premix. Oddy Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cake without greasing and without the need for additional cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • Vanilla premix - 360 gm & Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Water - 1 cup + 2 tbsp & Pineapple emulsion - 1 tsp
  • Chilled whipping cream & Pineapple crush or syrup
  • 1 teaspoon crushed Green Chilli-Ginger (or paste)
  • Chopped pineapple pieces, Pink food gel & Silver sprinkles
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Prepare the cake batter by mixing the cake premix, oil, pineapple emulsion, and water in a mixing bowl. Transfer this cake batter into a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Bake the cake in the oven for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 °C. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into 3 equal parts. Place the first layer on the cake board, soak it with pineapple syrup, and apply whipped cream to it.
  • Add chopped pineapple pieces to the cream and place the second layer of the cake sponge. Repeat the same procedure for the second and third layers. Frost the cake completely with whipped cream.
  • Add pink gel to the whipped cream to make pink cream. Frost the cake with pink cream and make a web design as shown. Make borders on the web using a star-shaped nozzle as shown.
  • Make a rose on a flower nail using a 125 nozzle and place it at the center of the cake. Make a leaf design around the cake using pink cream as shown. Decorate the cake with silver sprinkles as a final touch.
