Simple Chocolate Cookies Recipe

These cookies are the best soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies! They are slightly crispy on the edges and soft and chewy on the inside. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the cookies perfectly without sticking to the mold. Also, there is no need for additional cleanup when you use the Oddy Ecobake.

Ingredients

Butter- 115gm (1/2 Cup) & 1/2 Cup brown Suagr
1/4 Cup Normal Sugar,1 Egg & 1 tsp Vanilla essence
1+1/4 Cup Maida, 1 tbsp Corn flour & Oddy Ecobake
1/2 tsp baking powder & 1/3 cup Chocolate Chip

Directions

Beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar in a bowl using a whisk or beater.
Add the egg and vanilla essence to the same bowl and whisk again.
Add the dry ingredients through a sieve and mix them well to prepare the cookie dough.
Add chocolate chips to the dough and combine well. Line a baking tray with Oddy Ecobake.
Take small portions of the cookie dough and arrange them on the Oddy Ecobake.
Bake the cookies for 20 minutes at 170 degrees C. Once the cookies are baked and cooled, enjoy them.
