Ingredients
- Pithaguri/ Rice Flour - 1 cup
- Atta - 1/2 cup
- Refined Oil - 1/3 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Butter for Greasing
Directions
- Add other ingredients one by one and mix properly to make smooth lump free batter.
- Line the cake tin with Oddy Ecobake brown baking and cooking paper and transfer the batter to the cake tin.
- Now, place the tin in the microwave oven.
- When ready, demold it and cut it into pieces and your cake is ready to serve.
