Pithaguri/ Rice Flour - 1 cup
Atta - 1/2 cup
Refined Oil - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Butter for Greasing
Add other ingredients one by one and mix properly to make smooth lump free batter.
Line the cake tin with Oddy Ecobake brown baking and cooking paper and transfer the batter to the cake tin.
Now, place the tin in the microwave oven.
When ready, demold it and cut it into pieces and your cake is ready to serve.
