Ingredients

Curd: 1/2 Cup, Oil: 1/4 Cup & Powdered Sugar: 2/3 Cup
Vanilla essence: 1 Tsp & All purpose Flour ( maida ) : 3/4 Cup
Milk Powder: 1/2 Cup & Cocoa Powder: 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder: 1 Tsp & Baking Soda: 1/4 Tsp
Salt: a pinch, Chocolate: 1 Cup & Cream: 200 ml

Directions

Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl and sieve the dry ingredients into it. Mix everything well to prepare the cake batter. Transfer the cake batter to a cake mold lined with Oddy Ecobake.
Bake the cake for 30 to 32 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C. Prepare the chocolate ganache by melting chocolate and mixing it with fresh cream.
To make the chocolate garnish, fill the pop-it toy with gems and cover with melted chocolate. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into three equal parts and frost the cake with chocolate ganache. Garnish the cake with a garnish made of gems and chocolate.
